The board of MissionPoland approves the budget each year and money disbursed by the treasurer as it comes in, within the limitations of the approved budget. The treasurer informs the Executive Director on a weekly basis of all donations received and the Executive Director informs all donors that their funds have been processed by MissionPoland. Right after the end of each year a second receipt with the annual totals is sent out for tax purposes. Donations can be used as tax exempt deductions from your taxable income.
